Recognizing High Cs Under Stress, Ep. 41

In today’s episode we conclude our four part series on identifying DISC styles. We are focusing on recognizing styles under stress.  We help you understand the style’s self-perception and then move into how others perceive the style when the style is under pressure, heavily fatigued, or overly anxious.  Some samples are:

C’s see themselves as precise and knowledgeable!  Under stress others may see them as pessimistic and hard to please.

In today’s episode we continue our four part series on identifying DISC styles. This episode looks at attire. When combined with information from Episode 34-36, you’re starting to get some tools in the DISC tool belt.  Some samples are:

D’s: Big accessories, classic suits, power ties

I’s: Expressive “notice me” styles and accessories

S’s: Warm and subtle patterns, nothing that draw attention

C’s: Functional attire that is more thought of as a uniform
