In today’s episode we continue our four part series on identifying DISC styles. We are focusing on recognizing styles under stress. We help you understand the style’s self-perception and then move into how others perceive the style when the style is under pressure, heavily fatigued, or overly anxious. Some samples are:
I’s see themselves as outgoing and enthusiastic! Under stress others may see them as unrealistic, overconfident and WAY too talkative.
