Adapting Emotionally- Why is it so difficult? Ep. 17

In today’s episode we discuss emotional adaptation.  When you’ve got to do something that is not in your predominant area (A high I working on a High C type of task), it can be draining.  Why? When you cross the DISC diagonal, why can there be stress?  We discuss that answer and give you tips on how to make the adapting process easier!
