  1. Overly critical; nothing is every “complete” or  “quite good enough”
  2. Defensive when they are criticized

We are focusing on recognizing styles under stress.  We help you understand the style’s self-perception and then move into how others perceive the style when the style is under pressure, heavily fatigued, or overly anxious.  Some samples are:
